Well, then let's hear it for Philadelphia and Pittsburgh. 'Cause if it were up to the residents of central PA, things'd be looking awfully red about now.
Then again, the not-Philly-and-not-the-'Burgh population's good for, what, half an electoral vote? Five-eighths, tops?
